Pokémon fan theory says Mimikyu is actually another Pokemon with a 19-year grudge

When images of Mimikyu first appeared I thought it was pretty creepy. After all, it’s basically a Pokemon with an unknown form hiding under a Pikachu disguise.
Later came an introductory song of mimikyu. This song cleared the mis-understandings around mimikyu. This song tells that:

“Mimikyu actually gets lonely very easily, and after seeing that Pikachu merchandise has been popular since 20 years ago, decided to change its appearance to resemble Pikachu’s in order to make friends.”

In the first appearance of mimikyu in Pokemon Sun and Moon anime series, mimikyu tells something and Meowth translate it as : “Pikachu’s appearance is what Mimikyu hates most of all.”

WHY?

I mean, Pikachu is one of the most adorable pokemon in the pokemon series , and why does mimikyu has such a great anger towards pikachu (note that mimikyu attacks pikachu in a rage everytime it sees it) .Then came many theories by fans about this hatred.

Remember how Mimikyu’s song mentions it knows that Pikachu merchandise has been popular for the last two decades? What if the reason it knows that is because Mimikyu itself has been around for 20-odd years? In other words, what if Mimikyu isn’t an entirely new species of Pokemon, but one that’s masking its identity?

Now let us think which pokemon from the previous series will disguise as mimikyu !
As partner to main character Ash, Pikachu has been involved in taking down plenty of rampaging legendary Pokémon, but those seems too great in size and power to wear a Mimikyu disguise to take their revenge.
No......
Mimikyu’s true identity would have to be someone smaller and with less strength, but yet who could still feel like its life was ruined by Pikachu.

Ofcourse, we can find such a pokemon in the list of gen-I pokemons. There was a pokemon named "PORYGON".

It is one of the first 150 pokemons.Although it appears in almost all pokemon video games series, it was blacklisted in the pokemon anime series since 1997.

The incident that lead to the removal of the cute PORYGON is in the episode titled "Cyber Soldier Porygon". It will be unbelievable to know that this one episode gave over 600 People Seizures in Japan.
During the episode Pikachu launched a powerful thundershock attackto blow up some missiles. Red,Blue and Yellow lights flashed allover the screen due to that explosion.These flashes leaded to seizure to over 600 viewer in japan.
If any pokemon should be blamed for this incident,then it should be pikachu. But,instead it was PORYGON who got banned and stood out of the anime for nearly 20 years. By this long time, Pikachu got a lot of publicity and PORYGON got blaimed for something Pikachu did.
This may have broken the mind of PORYGON which leaded to a great hatred towards Pikachu.

Also, when Mimikyu appears in the anime, Team Rocket member Jessie reacts by shouting “Finally, we’ve found you” which implies that she’s been anticipating the meeting for longer than one would expect if Mimikyu were an entirely new type of Pokémon. There’s also the fact that the Sun and Moon games include a scene where the player is given a Porygon, and in the room where the hand-over takes place, there’s a Mimikyu, (or perhaps a Mimikyu costume,) sitting idly in the corner.
